Speak to our experts

As one of the leading CDMO, our expertise in synthetic chemistry services includes:

Heterocyclic Chemistry

Synthesis of O, N, S, and P heterocyclics and fused-ring analogues.

Transition Metal-mediates Reactions

C-C, C-N, C-O, C-P, C-S, C-B, C-Sn, and C-Si bond-forming reactions, C-H activations, etc.

Difficult-to-handle and Sensitive Reagents

Including all kinds of metal-based pyrophoric reagents like lithium, magnesium, and zincs, toxic reagents like metallic cyanides, and metal carbonyls etc.

Handling of Gaseous Reagents

Experienced in reactions involving gases like H₂, Cl₂, O₂, CO, CO₂, SO₃ etc. – in addition to rarer reactions like ozonolysis – even at larger scales.

Specialized Synthetic Needs

Fluorinations
Cyclopropanations
Deuteration & Isotopic labeling
Labelled and tagged compounds

Multigram-quantity

Scales ranging from milligram to kilogram, through a very flexible array of business models including FTE, FFS, or Hybrid models.

Niche fields of interest

Photoredox reaction, decarboxylative C-C bond-forming reactions, metal-mediated C-H activation/amination of carbonyl compounds, electro organic reactions etc.

Protein degraders

Chemistry of PROTACs and molecular glues PROTACs, including the synthetic of various non-traditional CRBN, VHL, MDM2 and cIAP1-based E3-Ligase ligands. Ligation strategies involving C-C, C-O, and C-N spacers range from a chain length of two to twenty as well as novel rigid-type linkers for improving physicochemical properties. We have a proven track record of generating small libraries of partial PROTACs and a readily available stock of linkers.

Identification of Degradants of Thermal and Oxidation Stress Studies of Empagliflozin and Linagliptin Tablets by HPLC-PDA and LC-MS Instrumental Techniques

2022

Objective of the manuscript is to identify the degradants observed in the thermal and oxidation degradation sample of Empagliflozin and Linagliptin tablets by using LC-MS and HPLC-PDA instrumental techniques. Thermal and oxidation degradation samples were injected in HPLC-PDA and LC-MS instruments. Mass of the degradants were detected by LC-MS technique, ...

Discovery of MAP855, an Efficacious and Selective MEK1/2 Inhibitor with an ATP-Competitive Mode of Action.

2005

Mutations in MEK1/2 have been described as a resistance mechanism to BRAF/MEK inhibitor treatment. We report the discovery of a novel ATP-competitive MEK1/2 inhibitor with efficacy in wildtype (WT) and mutant MEK12 models. Starting from a HTS hit, we obtained selective, cellularly active ...
